At the end of each working day, the user will connect the dictaphone to the PC and download the audio files dictated that day. The files will then be uploaded to Market One's secure server. Our professional, experienced legal and medical typists, will then transcribe the audio files using your own office templates and standards. Completed documents are uploaded to the server by our typists and are waiting for your firm to download by no later than 9am the following day*. This is our premium service. Our standard service provides a 24 hour turnaround, where work is uploaded to our server at the end of the business day and completed documents are available to you by no later than 3pm the following business day*. Market One can also assist legal firms or medical practices that utilise central server and file management software technology. Through the establishment of Virtual Private Network (VPN) Market One will dial directly into your firm’s central server and file management software and transcribe the files waiting in the software for completion that day or evening. Market One Professional Business Services Pty Ltd offers this professional service by experienced legal and medical typists who understand the need for reliability, efficiency, speed, accuracy and confidentiality when dealing with your typing requirements. Our requirements for any typist is a minimum speed of 85wpm with 98% accuracy, plus a minimum of 5 years experience. To ensure your security, all of our typists are required to sign confidentiality agreements with Market One Professional Business Services Pty Ltd prior to commencing work. Confidentiality agreements for your work will be signed by our typists and Market One Professional Business Services, if required.
