Transcription Market One saved me in a lot of ways – from having to advertise and
find new staff when a secretary left; from having to interview potential staff and
then go through a training regime for the next 3 months and deal with potential conflicts
from other staff; from having to pay superannuation and leave entitlements for another

Bookkeeping Prior to Market One’s involvement, we had a manual system which was extremely hard and time consuming to keep up to date. Implementation of Quickbooks has made our salon’s accounting procedures less time consuming and with Market One providing the bookkeeping support, I can concentrate on improving the salon. Our payroll is completed easily and now only takes a phone call for all employees pays to be processed. Market One introduced our stores to the Quicken products, particularly the combination of Pro and Pos. Market One instructed all staff on how to use the product and took over the payroll process. As our staff are generally retail sales people, and not bookkeepers, Market One was the first point of call for any technical support required or any assistance with procedures and how to use the program. Market One has allowed my staff to concentrate on what they do best, without the hassle of time consuming behind the scenes accounts work. As a sole practitioner, I don’t have enough time to spend on daily accounts work. Market One has come in, and by using my MYOB software and my office space, has me up to date in a matter of hours. Market One liaised with my accountant and now I only need Market One to visit once a month to input the data and send off to the accountant. I don’t even need to be in the office any more, they know exactly what to do and I have complete faith in their work. |
